Booking Policy Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit
is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your final total.Deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper cancellation notice is given - Remaining balance is due at the time of service - We accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments. Deposits can be transferred to: - Another appointment date (with proper notice) - Another person/client - Another service of equal or greater value - Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment - Transferred deposits must be used within 60 days of the original booking date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment - Appointments cancelled with proper notice will have their deposit transferred to a future booking - Deposits remain valid for 60 days from the original appointment date Late Cancellations - Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total appointment fee - This fee is in addition to the forfeited deposit - Late cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to show up for your appointment will result in: - Loss of deposit - Charge of 100% of the service fee - Future appointments may require payment in full at time of booking
Late Arrival Policy
- 15 minute grace period - Late arrivals may result in: - Reduced service time - Adjusted service to fit remaining time - Full service fees will still apply - Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show -Please call if arrival is expected to be outside of the grace period
