1. Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments must be scheduled online through our booking system (Acuity Scheduling).

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment.

  • Please arrive on time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a late cancellation.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a [50%] charge to the card on file.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future bookings.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, scalp issues, or allergies before service.
