Welcome to The Mane Suite (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be scheduled online through our booking system (Acuity Scheduling).
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Please arrive on time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a late cancellation.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a [50%] charge to the card on file.
Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future bookings.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed on our booking site and are subject to change without notice.

6. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, scalp issues, or allergies before service.
